Returns and Refund Policy

We comply with the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act of New Zealand. All purchases made in-store or online are covered under New Zealand law.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or simply decide you no longer want the product. However, if a product is faulty or does not meet the guarantees under New Zealand consumer law, we will refund, replace, or exchange the item as appropriate, we may need to send the item away to get it assessed before any actions have been made.

A proof of purchase is required for all returns, and it must be sighted before any return process can begin.
For footwear, items must be in their original condition and returned with the original box.

We DO NOT exchange, return or refund anything that has been improperly worn.

We DO NOT exchange/return and worn footwear due to "change of mind"

We DO NOT exchange/return worn footwear at all.
