We DO NOT refund if you change your mind or simply want a refund, although any faults with our products we with refund or replace or exchange. Having a proof of purchase is necessary and will need to sited for return process. Shoes also need to be in original condition with the applied box. All returns will be at the customers cost, either sent to our store direct or coming to see us in store.
