STORE POLICY


We hereby stand by the fair trading act and the consumer guarantees act of New Zealand. Any products bought either in store or online we will comply with NZ Law. We DO NOT refund if you change your mind or simply want a refund, although any faults with our products we with refund or replace or exchange. Having a proof of purchase is necessary and will need to sited for return process. Shoes also need to be in original condition with the applied box. All returns will be at the customers cost, either sent to our store direct or coming to see us in store. 

We DO NOT exchange, return or refund anything that has been improperly worn.

We DO NOT exchange/return and worn footwear due to"change of mind"
